  1. Back in 1988 a friend of me gave me a copy (on TDK) of Appetite. I was hooked as soon i've heard the opening riff of Welcome to the jungle.
  2. I bought the regular version a little while ago for about 5 euro's.
  3. But it's not. :S Regardless of what was recorded or anything else like that, the AFD lineup wasn't the first group of individuals going by the collective name of "Guns N' Roses" and so it's not being pedantic at all. ...That said, I don't know why "the original lineup" is even being discussed. Regardless of who formed the band, most of us probably wouldn't be discussing the band at all if it weren't for the AFD lineup. Rapid Fire was the very first incarnation of the band because Axl was the first member of what later became Guns N' Roses.
  4. And why would I be doing that because Izzy played with Axl and his cover band for two old UYI songs? Always nice to see Izzy but now they can go back to the "Same Shit Different Day Tour" and play the same tired setlists of old songs........ lol. Let me get this straight. When Sploosh and the rest of the former members circus act, consisting of Duff, Matt Sorum ( ), Steven Adler (), some obnoxious singer, a guy from Green Day and GilbynobodygivesafuckClarke, play 3 greatest hits for some lame sellout HOF gig, some of you people think it's the greatest thing since sliced bread and they should go form a cover band and tour the world....But when an actual original member (and remember that no one at the HOF was actually an original member) plays 2 rare gems with the real GNR for a bunch of real fans....it's just "nice to see Izzy". I love ya CR but clearly you have a bias mate, and it's painfully obvious. I challenge you to show us some music from the original G N' R you are talking about. I'm pretty sure that as usual you will fail again. I don't believe any exists. How is that relevant? And how is me not showing you the music a fail? That's like saying "Go jump into this lava pit. Oh, can't do it? FAIL". Yeah, I'm not going to show you it. Think we all know it ain't out there. Your point? How can that than be the original band when there ain't no music? Have you ever tought of the possibility that late 1984 early 1985 was a period where they (Axl & Izzy) tested some musician before they finally came to what was in their oppinion the best incarnation of the band Guns N' Roses? 03.26.85 - Troubador, Hollywood, CA audio/video recording?: no notes: This was an earlyincarnation of the band, which featured Axl, Izzy, Tracii Guns, Rob Gardener & "Ole" (Ole Beich, bassist of LA Guns). In the flyer you can clearly see Tracii Guns & Rob Gardener, not Slash & Steven. 04.11.85 - Radio City, Anaheim, CA audio/video recording?: no notes: This was another early incarnation of the band, which featured Axl, Izzy, Duff, Tracii Guns & Rob Gardener. In the flyer you can clearly see Tracii Guns & Rob Gardener, not Slash & Steven. 04.24.85 - Troubador, Hollywood, CA audio/video recording?: no notes: This was another early incarnation of the band, which featured Axl, Izzy, Duff, Tracii Guns & another drummer. 04.25.85 - Dancing Waters Club, San Pedro, CA audio/video recording?: no notes: This was another early incarnation of the band, which featured Axl, Izzy, Duff, Tracii Guns & another drummer. 04.27.85 - Timbers Club, Glendora, CA audio/video recording?: no notes: This was another early incarnation of the band, which featured Axl, Izzy, Duff, Tracii Guns & another drummer. 06.06.85 - Troubador, Hollywood, CA audio/video recording?: no notes: This is the first Guns N' Roses gig that included Slash & Steven. They joined the band on this date. Tracii Guns & Rob Gardener are in the flyer for this show!

  6. Seems like they love to play the song (instrumental) jam.
  7. Why would they throw stuff "You look thirsty. Please, take this piss!" *edited*
  8. Guns N' Roses ticketprice: £51.50 Waiting till G N' R starts the show: 1,5 hours Seeing how Axl falls on stage: PRICELESS
  9. I saw this band covering the classic songs and performing the Chinese Democracy songs a couple of times (2002,2006) before the 2010 show i visited. As i said here before. I want something new, less classic songs and more focus on the future. Oh, and the only reason why i'm flustered is that i hate it that people twist my words around to get their right. Everybody else here understands what i'm saying, except you.
  10. I said this 3 pages back: Is that what your up to, twisting my words around? I got my opinion and it difers miles from your's so NEVERFUCKINGMIND! End of discussion.
